VP Finance – South Bay Area, CA

 The Vice President of Finance manages  short- and long-term financial  planning while providing Senior Management with analysis on  profitability of existing business segments and new opportunities as  identified and or requested. Manages preparation of presentations to  Executive Management, Advisory Board, and Investors.


 Responsible  for content creation, clear and concise presentation, timely delivery  and accuracy of all reports. Manages budgeting and forecast cycle and  develops/maintains metrics relevant to the business. Works closely with  accounting team and in collaboration with business  unit management.  


· Knowledge in: data analytics, GAAP, deep financial statement understanding, capital markets and business intelligence. This  newly created, high-visibility position will report to the CFO and  manage a team of four professionals. Must have a Bachelor's  degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred but not required. 10+  years of hands-on accounting managerial experience in real estate or mortgage lending required.

VP- Wholesale Lending

Seeking an experienced Vice President of Wholesale Lending to manage company’s wholesale loan origination efforts.

Must have extensive experience building and managing wholesale loan origination team in a high growth environment.  Experienced in mortgage and/or commercial lending with a very customer focused mindset.

 

Treasury Director – South Bay Area

The  Treasury Director oversees the management of all cash transactions  classifies, records, verifies and maintains numerical data for use in  maintaining financial records.  You will manage a  team of 6 and mortgage experience is highly desirable.  · Bachelor’s degree in accounting  · 10+ years in accounting/financial management  · CPA License  · MBA preferred but not required   Reporting  to the Chief Accounting Officer this is a hybrid role between cash and  treasury. A high priority position, client is motivated to hire!

Regional Sales Manager- Western Region

 

Client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for air, surface and water disinfection for OEM contract manufacturing as well as branded sales channels. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to successfully grow company’s business in Western USA. 


The candidate must possess Business Development/Sales Lead Development/Territory Manager experience in selling technical products to the, HVAC or similar commercial industry. A four-year degree in business or technical related field is desired and a minimum seven years’ experience in sales and/or marketing with a demonstrated successful track record rewarded by increased responsibilities. Experience with commercial HVAC systems, including filtration is preferred.


You will work remotely but need to be in the Western United States.
